Depending on your pin code, we deliver between 3 to 15 days. Before you pay for your order, you will come to know the estimated date of delivery.

You can check exact delivery times at each & every product page before placing the order. In general, for regular pin codes, we deliver our orders within 3-5 business days in India and within 4-7 business days in other countries. Remote locations may require longer delivery times and it may take up to 10-12 business days to deliver orders on remote pin codes.

No returns are allowed. However, in case if a broken, damaged or wrong products, you can ask for a replacement, which will take 3 - 5 days to be re-delivered at the recipient's address.*
There are no replacements allowed as the products are perishable(flowers & cakes)

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you.

For regular pin codes, we do provide return pickups, provided you have raised the return request within 10 days of receiving the package.

In cash the pick-up cannot be arranged through GiftsOnn, you can return the item through a third-party courier service.
Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by us, refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Offline refund is credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 working days.

Note: Order modification/cancellation in a domestic order, please give at least 24 hours notice before the requested delivery date.
